To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Digital product not extensively accessed, downloaded, or used
  • Valid proof of purchase provided

Refund requests for products purchased through affiliate or third-party links are not eligible through JointVive and must be directed to the original seller.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Digital items that have been accessed beyond initial use
  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window
